We're proud to be representing a thriving, medium-sized fit-out business based in Central London. With a full order book and a strong pipeline of new work, they're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership at a senior level and grow with the business long-term. THE ROLE This is a hands-on senior position where you'll take full commercial responsibility across multiple fast track fit-out projects. You'll be a key figure in the business, working alongside directors and project teams to protect margins, drive commercial performance, and help shape the company's future as it scales. Responsibilities include: - Full post-contract commercial management across multiple live fit-out schemes - Leading on valuations, variations, final accounts, and dispute resolution - Mentoring and supporting junior members of the commercial team - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Contributing to pre-contract cost planning and bid strategy as the business grows WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven fast track fit-out experience at a senior level — non-negotiable - Background from a small to medium-sized fit-out contractor — you'll be comfortable taking ownership and working without a big support structure around you - Confident negotiator with strong client-facing communication skills - MRICS qualified or actively working towards it — though solid experience will be equally considered - A genuine team player with the ambition to grow with the business WHAT'S ON OFFER - Salary up to £100,000 depending on experience - Performance-related bonus - Enhanced pension - Car allowance / travel contribution - Clear pathway into senior leadership - Exciting, varied project pipeline across Central London This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS who wants more than just another job — this business offers real influence, genuine progression, and the chance to be part of something growing fast.
